The BBC has a web site where you can learn Welsh by playing some games. I don't think they work very well and the language is very difficult, but if you go to the web page http://www.bbc.co.uk/wales/colinandcumberland/north/game/game1.shtml and click on the "Little Black Book" you can find some phrases and words and the pronounce them for you.
For instance
Good morning - Bore da
Good afternoon - P'nawn da (w makes a "oo" sound)
How are you? - Sut wyt ti? (u makes a long E sound,s makes a "sh" sound. Sounds like they are using rather fowl language to me, so you might just go listen for yourself.)
Have fun. Good luck.
